His background includes 10 years as a self-employed dairy farmer, hog farm manager, international dairy consultant, public accountant, and 7 years as a controller-turned-property-manager for a real estate brokerage company. Terry holds the CPA designation and is the Principal Broker of APMS Realty LLC.

Kathy came to APMS with 35 years of retail and restaurant management and leadership. Kathy has worked extensively in Northern Virginia managing 13 locations. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and working with rescue horses.

Kristina Sherrill

Kristina managed a local ice cream shop for three years prior to working at APMS, and currently works as a lifeguard/swim coach outside of the office. She assists with owner accounts and communication. Kristina is studying to become a licensed VA Real Estate Agent and will sit for her CMCA in the near future. Kristina loves spending time with her family and dogs in her free time.

Over the past 37 years she has embraced opportunities working in the financial industry, the business industry, educational industry, and the ministerial industry. In her spare time Liz loves to volunteer.

Summer’s main goal is to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. She assists with most aspects of the business from handling new hire paperwork, assisting with billing, SCC & DPOR renewals, to greeting customers. Her experience as a Call Center Supervisor and Title Processor make Summer a valuable addition to our team. Summer is a Notary Public and studying to become a licensed real estate agent. Summer loves spending time with her family in her free time.

Tyler graduated from Liberty University in May of 2021 with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies. He has work experience in retail management as well as in the heating and cooling industry. Tyler is a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Virginia and studying to become a licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent. In his spare time he enjoys coaching baseball at a local high school and spending time with family.

Cody has worked in the customer service industry and management for ten years. He is a licensed Virginia realtor since August of 2019, and recently moved to the area from Danville. Cody enjoys exploring what the area has to offer as well as visiting the local antique and thrift stores. He is studying Spanish with aspirations of becoming fluent to better assist our Hispanic community.
