Good folks
The back of my property backs up to community owned and maintained wetlands. Over the past 20 years, it has slowly grown to encroach on my property line. After a conversation (maintenance request) with the good folks at APMS, a landscaping crew to come by and tamed the beast. They came in force, seven strong?, and made quick work of much needed trimming. It looks fantastic.
I give all the credit to Liz McCammon. She took time to meet with me and discuss this request in person. We talked about it, walked the area together, and shared ideas on how best to approach. A week later, it was done.
Thank you so very very much to Liz and her team. I am truly grateful for the personal care and attention, I can’t express my thanks enough. More than anything, It’s so nice to feel like a homeowner rather than just a name on a piece of paper.

Very happy we changed management companies
I am the president of the Bryce Hill Council of Condominium Co-owners association at Bryce Resort in Basye, VA. We have been working with APMS since August of this year.
Our experience so far has been excellent, and I am very happy that we changed management companies. Kristina Sherrill is very responsive to our needs, cooperative, helpful, and provides excellent communication to the board. With the board’s permission, she independently found another insurance carrier providing comparable coverage to our previous carrier, with a savings of approximately $10,000 annually,
We look forward to our ongoing excellent relationship with APMS property management services!

I worked with APMS for five years while I was living in Richmond and renting out a townhouse.
